I am happy with the product when it works, but unfortunately disappointed with it. I have this machine for almost 3 years now. After 1 year, had a problem with the steam wand. Sent to repair under warranty, and Nespresso replaced with a new one. Now, some months after the second year, this new machine started having the same problem, but now we don’t have warranty anymore and I was instructed to buy a new one by support. Disappointing given how expensive this machine is. Had many simpler models that lasted much longer.

Consistent, beautiful and compact Espresso Machine

9/10 Coffee Machine!
I have two of these machines and I love them so much! They are by far my favorite coffee machine out there. I love how it can make any type of coffee, including black coffee, cappuccino, lattes, etc. The milk it makes tastes amazing and it is super easy to use and clean and it’s perfect for anyone that wants a quick coffee, but good quality. The only thing I think this company should improve is that the inner parts should be made out of metal and not all plastic because of micro plastics. The full inside of the machine is made out of plastic, but the outside looks really nice.

One of the best pod machines around! It’s so easy to use and the best thing about it is the automatic milk frothing attachment. As someone that loves extra froth in her coffee, but I ain’t no barista, it’s amazing!!

Disappointed
I purchased the Creatista Plus and the coffee machine interface is great. However, I am extremely disappointed with the milk frothing. I have tried every kind of milk I can and every temperature I could and the froth is flat and unappealing. The actual crema on the non-milk coffee is also very disappointing. This is the third Nespresso machine I have purchase and the most expensive, yet the quality of the coffee is the worst. I am just wondering if your quality control is up to par. I am afraid that I will not buy another Nespresso machine.

Long term review(3-4 years)
Been using mine for 3 and half almost 4 years now with 3 people making multiple times a day and it still performing like it was brand new I love this machine and would get another one!
