Wonderful coffee maker

The best home automatic machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best home machine, I love lates in the morning. This machine makes them with ease. Having a milk cartridge to store in the refrigerator that is AUTOMATIC is wonderful. We had the old version of this machine for 10 years, and shopped for a new machine only to find it was still the best choice.

My grandparents got me this for a house warming give a year ago and I absolutely LOVE IT. I love espresso and this machine meets all my needs. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I so totally would!

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after my original Latissima finally gave out after years. Easy to use but doesn’t have heat adjustment and I find the coffee and milk don’t get hot enough. Some parts of the milk frothing jug are difficult to get apart for cleaning. Also this machine requires descaling much more often than my old one - around every 3 months. Disappointed in this machine.

My Second Lattissima Pro!
