Coating wears off
I’ve had two of these. Love them while they work until they don’t. First one I did wash in dishwasher regularly however it shorted out after 3 months. They sent me a replacement and since then I’ve always washed them by hand only. Although I love the froth and have to say it works well with soy milk and regular milk I find I have to replace them after about a year or a year and a half. And this is my main reason for the two star rating. Both of my aerocinos developed a spot that always burnt on after about one years worth of use and since then it’s a pain because the milk tastes burnt and it’s a pain to clean as the burnt milk really sticks. Unfortunately, they only have a one year warranty thus making spending this much money on a frother that will only last me a year useless.

This Nespresso Lattissima One has quickly become my go-to for morning coffee's. It’s so convenient—I have a cup every day! Aesthetic design; good frother
The Aeroccino4 milk frother is a beautifully compact design and perfect for frothing milk for one or more cups of coffee. I’ve given it 4 stars as it is yet to yield the dense milk I achieved with my Delonghi frother which I had for over 6 years. After frothing the milk, if you swirl and tap down the froth, a denser foam is achieved.

Frothie gone wrong
This product presents some unexpected challenges regarding froth dispensing. The froth appears to remain trapped within the device during pouring. This also seems to affect the drinking experience, with similar froth-related issues occurring. A smoother pour and more integrated froth would greatly enhance the overall experience. Improvements in these areas would be highly appreciated.

To address this, we recommend removing the coil around the whisk as this should lessen the amount of froth created and hopefully provide a smoother pour.
