I bought the Aeroccino in February and yesterday, 5 months later, the same milk I have been using is only bubbling and not foaming. I clean the frother well after each use and the spinner is working properly. It was the best frother I've owned until yesterday. :(

Will die right after the 1 year warranty
The jug part stopped work literally a month after warranty kinda like nespresso knew that would happen and thats why they only do 1 year of warranty. Sadly 1 day it just died, so I tested it with my brothers and it is just the jug that won't turn on anymore.

The Hot/Cold thing isn't working. It allways comes out cold.

Super easy, quiet, fast, cute little foam maker.
Simple and super quiet operation. Fast, about 1 minute to create good foam. Just fill to the interior max-fill lines which are a little hard to see, then place the cup unit on base and press a button. This small machine doesn’t take up much cabinet space, and only has four parts (Cup, base, disc, lid). Easy to clean, just pull out the small magnetic frothing disc and handwash the cup and disc. (I heard this doesn’t last as long if the cup unit is repeatedly put in a dishwasher). The cup interior is so easy to handwash and is fully sealed. The plug-in base doesn’t get dirty and can’t be washed, just wipe off, if needed. The lid doesn’t actually get dirty either, just a little steam on it, so just rinse the lid and dry all parts. Frothing disc has a magnet to easily place into cup base. I’ve seen replacement disc’s available if it every gets damaged. Highly recommend this machine for cappuccino and macchiato. The foam looks pretty poured onto a coffee that is in a glass coffee cup. I first pour from 4-5” up high so the milky part mixes into the coffee, then bring the cup close to add the thicker foam. I suggest using a small wood spoon or mini rubber spatula so it doesn’t scratch the non-stick interior when getting those last bits of foam. Then rinse the cup’s interior right away to prevent milky residue. Pretty happy with this little frothing machine.

Bought the Nespresso Aeroccino 4 from Macy’s online. It arrived fast and works perfectly. Makes great hot and cold foam, and it’s super easy to clean. Totally recommend it!

Easy to use and makes great coffee
Lovely machine that is luxurious and makes a great coffee that is extra fluffy. Pours the coffee really fast easy to clean and doesn’t make a lot of noise at all. Maintenance is easy and Nespresso are really good at replacing stuff if it how’s wrong. The milk frothed is what makes this machine amazing for me.

Cracked
Base cracked filled with water in dishwasher and gave me a shock and stopped working.
