Nesco Coffee Urn

I ordered coffee urn and upon arrival the box was split and urn had small dent. The urn was in normal box that you would purchase in store. The warehouse did not pack into another box. I returned the coffee urn to the store and they no longer carry the make/model I purchased so I asked for reimbursement which was no problem. I tried again to re-order online, but it seems Macy's no longer carries this item. I thought I had received a pretty good price through Macy's but when I ordered through another internet site, I paid substantially less and they also offered free shipping. I now have my urn - undamaged.
