Stay Away! Quality and Refund Nightmare

I ordered several Nearly Natural arrangements from Macy’s. I was shocked when they arrived by the extremely poor quality and smell. The flowers were composed of plastic parts, the containers were lightweight and cheap, the boxes were in deplorable condition. You could find better quality at a thrift shop. I returned all the arrangements immediately. The problem I’m experiencing now is receiving a refund from Macy’s. They received my arrangements back on July 21st. It is now August 10th, still not refunded!

are the flowers silk flowers or something else? I would like to know.

Pretty

The flowers were not as full as the picture shows. I was disappointed with that. Like any silk flowers , you do have to work with them to arrange them.
