Nautica style and comfort

Very warm jacket with nice design. The jacket I have for my son is all charcoal. Lightweight, comfortable and will be suitable for just cool nights to colder days (when worn with a hoodie)

Seems nice...if the correct size is shipped

I would love to give this a "real" review, but I have received the wrong size for this jacket THREE times. My husband loves the appearance of the jacket, and it appears to be good quality, but we will never know how it wears because we are now giving up after three attempts at ordering this. Every time I order a SMALL, I receive a LARGE. This is even after contacting customer service (which, BTW, I had to Google the phone number because apparently it is not something Macy's wants you to be able to find on the website) after the second time I received the incorrect size. The first time, I assumed it was just a fluke. The second time, I guessed that there was something wrong in the ordering system and contacted customer service. The person who helped me assured me that she entered the UPC number manually for the replacement jacket. I once again received a Large instead of a Small. *Sigh*
