Disappointed

Well, where do I start? My pillow, not pillows (This is a 2-pack order.), was delivered this morning. When I took the pillow out of the wrapping, it seemed unusually soft. It is so soft, that my head touches the mattress top. There is zero support. Also, the stuffing does not fill out the pillow casing. It seems as though there needs to be at least 1/3 more stuffing to fill in the casing. Based on my experience with the "one" pillow, I would not recommend purchasing this pillow.
