Waistline runs small

Bought a size 16 bc I knew my son would soon outgrow 14’s. He got a few wears out of them before he outgrew them. Bought them in Aug and by Oct the waist is too small. I took him to Old Navy and bought a similar chino school pant in a 16. When I compared the ON waistline to these they have nearly a whole inch more in the waist. They’re cut like a slim fit.

Ruined on first day of school

Poor quality - covered in snags after first day of school. Literally washed once and worn for 8 hours and it looks like this. Did my kid run through a patch of thorns at school? Was he attacked by our cat? No. Now I get to rush out and find a shirt for his second day of school that might last the day while waiting for replacements from another manufacturer altogether. I have purchased Nautica uniform shirts in the past that lasted the whole year, not sure what went wrong here, but I won’t be trying again next year.

Runs too fitted for our liking

The pants are nice, however I did find that they ran a little to on the tighter side of how they’re making boys clothes for like girls clothing so we went up a size. I’m glad I went I went up a size though they still fit tighter than should be in the behind area. I’ll go up two sizes next time. I strongly dislike how they’re making pants to fit tighter for boys. It’s just silly to me!
