Cod Liver Oil

I have taken cod liver oil for many years because of EPA and DHA which is good for you. I have used different companies who make cod liver oil. Norwegian has a high amount of this.

I think this is an excellent product! Its a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. The quality is very good. Doesn't taste bad either.
