Unhappy with boots

When I ordered these boots, I did not see that it was extra wide calf (which I have skinny legs). Plus, I did not see that it was a final sale. I called Macy’s to return, but I can’t. I am disappointed.

Great boots

My wife loves these boots. Make sure you measure your calf and boot size. My wife searched for wide calf boots for almost a year before I found these. She is 5’2” tall and the height is also appropriate and not too tall. Lastly, for leather boots the price is nice. If you are thinking of getting them go ahead and do it.

My Dream Boots finally!

I would like to thank one of the reviewers who said to give it a chance and to try them on. Since I have very wide calves I was not sure at all. Many reviews said that they did not fit. My usual size is 9 (sneakers or anykind of shoes). I just added an extra half size (9.5) and FINALLY I have found beautiful and elegant leather boots that fit immediately, with no struggle. I have tried tens of brands and they never fit because of my calf. I can even wear jeans with those boots!!! And there is still space. I am SO happy. This dark brown color is gorgeous and turns any outfit in something very elegant. My feet are comfortable (they are also wide, so the 0.5 extra size has been a good choice).

Do the measurements to be sure they will fit!

I am normally a "wide calf" (rather than "extra wide calf"), and bought these boots based on the reviews that these boots are not, in fact, "extra wide". I recommend that if you are considering these boots, do the measurements for calf width, as they are accurate. The boots are very nice, and - although I have only worn them for a short period of time - seems to be quite comfortable. My only complaint is that the foot bed in my "regular" size is a touch big. Nothing a heavier sock can't fix, however.
