Stylish and Comfortable

I’m really pleased with these shoes. They look nice, fit well and are quite comfortable. I like the heel which is not a spike but also not too thick.

Macys is a scam

My order was accidentally placed with an old address from over 10 years ago, I called macys within 1 minute of placing my order and they updated my address however one of the items still shipped to the old address. I have contacted macys 4 times now and they will not refund me or replace the item. I have placed numerous orders in the last 6 months and not one of them has gone to my old address

Toe straps way too narrow

I have very small feet and the size 5 which is normally almost too big was wayyyy too tight. The ankle strap doesn’t adjust so going up a size isn’t really an option as it would be too big in the back. My feet are narrow and the ball and toe section was spilling out of the shoe. Very disappointed as I ordered these for a wedding hoping for a beautiful and comfortable shoe. The shoe needs to be redesigned in the toe section and hopefully, the design team takes it into consideration as it seems this is a common issue for other buyers as well. I’ve never had that area on a shoe be an issue so I purchased in spite of the reviews. Very disappointing. The heel higher and the rest of the shoe is perfect and beautiful color.

Runs way small and yet afraid to order larger as strap doesn't adjust and may be too big from what other reviews said.

Quality shoes!

These shoes are well made and elegant! Unfortunately, they didn't fit. I have a wide foot so these weren't wide enough. Still, they are a beautiful pair of shoes.

Not wide , uncomfortable

Not wide as mentioned. Was only able to wear them to the church, not to the venue . Outfit was ruined
