I like the shoes, looks nice when are new and are comfortable. However, the velvet part gets dirty quickly which I dont like.

Comfortable but....

I bought for a trip to Europe and found them very comfortable initially. However, after using them no more than ten times, the sole broke.

Not narrow enough at the heel

This shoe is identified as being narrow, however my heel comes out. The heel is not narrow enough for me.
