Not good

I never returned these because my whole family got so sick and there was just a lot going on around this time that I had to put it to the backburner and then just said forget it. These boots came damaged. They really should not charge this much money and send people damaged items. When I went to put my foot in something inside near the back of the heel was shifting around inside which does not feel very supportive and moves when I walk. I was so upset. This is just ridiculous that I try to support shopping online and have to go through the headache of receiving damaged items. You cannot see what my issue is on a photo. You can only feel it.

Naturalizer Shadow Dancer

I love the style of the back. The front looks a little clown-ish. There's really good arch support but I feel like it's in the wrong spot. It's further back than it needs to be. Despite all this, I decided to keep them and hope I get used to the arch support. They very easy to put on and take off.
