Unhappy customer inconsistency in sizing, unable t
I brought this on line and it arrived two days ago. Sizing is off . I based on the reviews and recommendation to order a size 8.5 wide . My normal size is size 8. When I tried the shoes on it was way too big. I understand it is final sales, if size 7 wide available, I love to exchange to a pair that fits. Otherwise, it’s a waste of money buying shoes on line and considered reviews posted. I am very disappointed on this purchase. Tried to send an email to explain my concern and options, your email would not allow me to submit based on my order number. Not very customer friendly. May have to consider buying shoes from other brands.

I recently purchased these shoes, and I couldn't be happier! As someone with wide and sometimes swollen feet, finding comfortable footwear can be a challenge. However, these shoes have adjustable straps that allow me to customize the fit perfectly. They hug my feet just right without any pinching or discomfort.
