To early to tell?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these pills as directed for a month in combination with diet and exercise and have not seen any noticeable results so far as far as my weight changing. I have not noticed any side effects either. I have noticed some increased energy and endurance during my workout but I’m not sure if that is from the supplements or the diet and exercise combination. From past experience with supplements, diet or otherwise, I usually start seeing results or noticeable effects after 2 months.

Did not work for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my bottle of Tonalin, I can honestly say it did absolutely nothing for me. I thought 1 bottle was enough for an entire month, but it was not. Maybe if I took this a little longer my body would react to what the pills are supposed to do. I didn’t find my energy level to get any kind of boost. Tonalin pills are easy to take, and the price is fair enough for 1 bottle that having to buy 2 bottles to get through the month is not a hot to the wallet.

too soon to tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been taking this product for two weeks and I haven't noticed any difference at this time. I workout three times a week and follow a low carb diet. However, it may be too soon to see any real changes. SIDE NOTE: the pills have a strong odor and a slight aftertaste.

Long term supplement

Noticed a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to combine with a healthy diet and cardio. I have been using them three times a day for a month now and I find that it appears to increase my metabolism as food seems to go through me much faster than normal. It’s hard to tell if it increased my lean muscle mass, but my muscle mass didn’t decrease while on it including during a long weekend vacation where I wasn’t doing my usual cardio. The only downsize is remembering to take them 3 times a day. I have read good things about CLA so I will continue to use it for at least a year to see if I see a marked improvement in my overall health.

WoW! I was never hungry!

I was looking for something to help me fill me up so I'm not eating us out of house and home. The bottle recommends 1 pill with breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was able to just take one with breakfast and lunch and all my snacking cravings went away.

Didn't see a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly haven't really seen much of a difference after taking these. The softgels are also huge! There have been several times where I've felt it going down my throat. Not pleasant! My main exercise is walking for at least an hour a day. I know that's very low-impact, so perhaps that's why I haven't seen any significant results. I eat healthily for the most part, but I do like to indulge. I don't like that you have to take these 3 times a day. One bottle of 60 won't even last a month. Overall, I can't see a change, so I can't give these a high rating.

Promotes fat metabolism

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I've only been taking this for 5 days, so I don't know how well it works. The softgels are large. It's stated to help promote lean muscle mass and promote fat metabolism. Even thou it says it can help maintain body weight, I'm hoping it will help me to lose weight. It stated optimum results will occur between 8-12 weeks.
