Knocks me out FAST
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does a great job of 1. dissolving quickly (and it doesn't taste terrible!) 2. working quickly and keeping me asleep and 3. doesn't leave me groggy in the morning. For me, 3mg is the perfect amount of melatonin. Highly recommend!

Great item!

Great tasting

They work! And taste good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family are enjoying using these Natural Melatonin 3mg fast dissolve tablets. We all like to use melatonin pretty regularly to help us go to sleep. It is nice to use these strawberry flavored tablets as opposed to regular swallow tablets. The taste is great...almost too great. And they work. I don't feel "drugged", but they definitely help me to calm my brain to fall asleep. I am pleased with these tablets, and I think they are very safe to use for my entire family.

Helps with sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't mind the flavor of these at all. Easy way to take melatonin if you don't like swallowing pills since they do dissolve pretty easily in your mouth. Easy way for kids to take them too, if needed.

The jury is still out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to play around with this still because sometimes it’s a hit and sleep comes easily, and sometimes sleep doesn’t come at all. This could be due to a number of factors, and I might need to keep a better log to figure it out. The taste is great, and I love that it dissolves quickly without getting stuck in our teeth. I also haven’t noticed any type of hangover effect from having taken this product, which can sometimes happen. Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic, and I’d rather use a more natural product like this than a classic sleeping pill when needed.
