Natrol melatonin +5HTP

I take this product every night at bedtime, as I’m going to bed, not 30 minutes before. That way when it takes affect I am in bed and I can let the product work.

Sleeping better but still unsure of dosage

I have been using the Melantonin + 5 HTP for a few weeks. 10 mg (the dosage of each pill) was too much for me. I felt hungover and headachy the next morning. Still trying to figure out if 5mg or 2.5 mg is best for me. The melantonin doesn’t solve the problem of waking up 3 times a night, but it does allow me to get back to sleep. I take it just before turning out the lights.

So relieved!

I fall asleep and stay asleep! Even if I get up for the Restroom I go back to sleep.

Buyer beware

Product leads to sleeplessness and causes strange sensations in the legs. I will never use again.
