FINALLY Relief

I was given this by my neurologist after diagnosis of small fiber neuropathy which I suffered from for 8 months. Most times I was using a walker or cane just to get around due to the severe pain. After 2 weeks the pain was GONE. It has been 2 months now without pain. Changed my life!,

Not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to use the Natrol Alpha Lipoic Acid Capsules 600mg bu they made me have an allergic reaction. I broke out in hives and qas itching for days. Not saying someone else can't use it, but personally, i can.not.

Garbage!

BUYER BEWARE!!! There are 3 forms of Alpha lipoic acid but only 1 form is the real deal and THIS ISN'T IT!! ONLY R-ALPHA LIPOIC ACID is real and effective, all other forms (S-Alpha lipoic acid, and RS-Alpha lipoic acid which is a combo of the real and the fake) are absolute garbage and wreak havoc on the body. Do not buy this product as they obviously are using a synthetic form since they refuse to advertise which form they're putting in the bottle.

Helps immensely with my incontinence!

I developed incontinence and unfortunately, nothing seemed to help it until I tried Alpha Lipoic 600 capsules twice a day. The incontinence got down to a manageable level. I have no side effects which is unusual for me! I even react to Tylonel. I am so grateful for this medication!

Great natural pills!

These pills are the only Alpha Lipoic pills that have natural ingredients. They don't affect me badly like some of the other Alpha LIpoic pills do with additives. They address my health issues perfectly and quite quickly.
