Try it.

I wanted something natural so thought I would try this. It took about two weeks for it to work and I am really glad that I gave it a try. It took away my anxiety and nervousness. I don't want to be without it. I take the 100mg.

mild effect, improved sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are small tablets that are very easy to take. I appreciated that, because I can have difficulty swallowing larger pills. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to work for me. I didn't feel like it relieved any stress, but I do think it helped me to fall asleep more quickly. I was hoping to feel more calm during the day as well, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps it works better for others.

Great Product!

Balanced all day

Not for me

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Natrol 5-HTP Extra Strength mood & stress tabs are a great product. I find that the time release helps a lot. It keeps my stress level down all day long. They are a small tablet so very easy for me to swallow. Completely drug-free. They are also vegetarian. I am going to keep a supply of these in my cabinet at all times. If you suffer from anxiety or mood swings, i would definitely recommend you try this product.
