So disappointed!!!!.

I received this order yesterday and could not wait to open it When I opened, I was shocked and disappointed that Macy's would send something out looking like this. The ribbon looks like it has been in the box for upteen years. It is so wrinkled and is not pretty at all, very cheap looking. Sending this back is too much trouble. Although this item was on sale, to me it was a lot of money. Now, I am going to have to buy ribbon to put on all three boxes. I am very out done with Macy's. I just hope the rest of my order is in better shape that this one.
