Please make these PERMANENT!!!

Please keep these permanent especially UNRESTRICTED, the formula is gorgeous and the color too. Extend the line with cool toned nudes, pinks, and mauves and they will definitely be a hit!!! Please NARS listen to your customers!

Hate to say goodbye

Love this formula and shade-it's just perfect. Heard it was discontinued, so wanted to stock up. Gives my lips a lovely soft dusty berry blur that naturally defines them. Needs to be tightly capped to prevent drying out. Hate long goodbyes, and the hunt for a replacement.

Moisture matte

I'm sad to see this is going away but I was able to order two on sale! It's so comfortable to wear and looks moisturizing and not drying like matte can be.

Terrible customer experience

Lost my money and the product in the end. NARS has bad, misleading packaging setup. My product came with a return label and in the slip it says that if for whatever reason the product did not meet my expectation, I can return it with the return label. I end up not liking the product, and decided to return it with the label provided. My refund was never issued, and customer service was not helpful at all in addressing my problem. They say the product was final sale and therefore not refundable, but then why add the return label and the slip saying that I can return if I don't like the product? This is very misleading for the customer and honestly bad product delivery design. I've used NARS a lot, but now, not anymore with this service, also warning my friends about buying from them online.
