Fabric is cheap
I like the look of the furniture. However I am very disappointed in quality of fabric. Haven’t even had it a month and it’s getting balled up and showing wear. It’s only me using it so it’s not getting used a lot.

I love this sofa
I love this sofa. I've had it for more than 3 years in the light teal. I've had no problems with pilling and that's with a preteen boy and a dog. The fabric has loosened a bit but the weave itself is very tight. I also clean it regularly with a Bissell upholstery cleaner. I recommend buying the protection plan with all Macys furniture.

Poor quality fabric
I bought this couch in January and liked that the cushions were supposed to be washable. Well, they’re not and they pill up and fray almost immediately. The couch is beautiful until you use it and then the fabric goes haywire. It’s a mess. I wouldn’t buy this again and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

Love it!
Based on the reviews I was hesitant to buy this couch until I discovered you can special order a different fabric at no extra charge. The stock fabric must be cleaned with solvent-based cleaners only and is not very durable. I chose a fabric that was much more durable and can be cleaned with water based cleaners. It takes a bit longer to get the couch, but it's worth the wait. We got this couch in the heavenly fabric line in naval blue, it's gorgeous. The couch and chair are both very comfortable, the wood is a very nice Walnut color. I would NOT recommend the stock fabric based on others experiences but go in the store talk to the salesperson and choose a different fabric.

Buyer Beware
I regretted purchasing this couch the first month or so i had it. I bought it in thr cream color and almost immediately it started pilling which makes the couch look dingy. I bought a sweater pill remover hoping that would help but my attempts were futile.

This sofa satisfied many needs. Comfortable to sit and sleep on. Also, I needed to stage a condo for sale and the Nari helped with that. Got the asking price!

Absolute Trash
This couch was such trash. One year and it looks awful. The fabric has pilled, the cushions are flat, the frame creaks (under my 80 lb daughter), a button has come off...Wish the return window was longer because it didn't show true colors until 6 months in. I wish there was some way to get money back for this couch it has been so awful. All of this with use from two people, my 11 year old and myself - no food or drink on the couch, no pets, not even every day wear. AVOID this brand!

Perfect mid century modern vibe
The sofa is better than I hoped. We ordered it in tranquil vibe, and its a beautiful teal. It's comfy and has a mid century modern style to it. It did take about two months, but it was definitely worth. It was on sale when we ordered it, but went on sale even further, and Macys credited us the difference. Eve was wonderful to work with.
