Several products in this category are misleading. Are they covers for down comforters, or filled blanket made to look like a comforter with a duvet cover. I wish they would differentiate them better. They are very different products. I still don’t know what this is exactly

This is the first disappointing Natori purchase I’ve made. It is featured as a comforter, in reality it is a duvet cover. The shams do not match the duvet cover, they are gray- not lavender. I lost the lead time to return the purchase for medical reasons… I would have because Macys sold it at a much higher price compared to other retailers.

Looking for Good Stuff
Fabric smooth and soft. Shams nice grey with lovely embroidered blossoms. While labeled “lilac”, the background color is a mauve with purple and a bit of lilac blossoms. Very disappointed in the color since I was really excited about a lilac coloration, not mauve. Sorry to return because it is a lovely set; just the wrong color.

This is more of a California king Duvet than a king and I would have prefer that the pillow shams match the outer portion of the duvet. The same pillow does not come with the set and I thought that was a bonus piece.

Pretty print which is why it gets 1 star. The duvet is two separate types of material; the sateen on top and what I’ll describe as refined burlap on the underneath layer. I usually don’t use a top sheet so this is quite awful. I would return it if I hadn’t already washed it. If it’s listed ad sateen the whole darn thing should be sateen.

Returning it!
I loved this print and comforter when it arrived. However, once I opened it all up I was incredibly disappointed and am definitely returning it ASAP. The shams are ugly gray. They must be dry cleaned and worst of all the comforter description says machine washable (just as the website says) but the tag says in a commercial machine. You can't fit this into your home washing machine. It's very inflexible and unyielding, almost comically so. I have no idea if it softens after commercial washing or not. But it's like if Gumby (showing my age?) was a comforter, really stiff.
