Love this couch!

Great sofa, nightmare delivery guys

I bought this sofa on sale and it looks great. It is very comfortable and color so light and bright. But the delivery was awful. I scheduled a delivery day , they came on time but then they said it will not fit through my door. My husband is an engineer and he measured the door and he said for sure it will fit but they just took a picture of the door and they took the couches back in the truck and they left. I had to stay with them in the phone for hours to beg them to just leave them outside of the house and we will find a way to put those in., they said it’s their policy not to leave them outside. I called Macys to schedule another delivery and let a note to just drop the couches inside our garage. After a week they brought the couches and left them in our garage. Me and my husband carried them inside our house easily through the door ( same door that they said it will not fit- a standard outside door). I was so mad with the delivery but couches are great.

Excellent Buy
