Mytriem 64 love seat and sofa

Definitely services was great. Loving my chairs. Kids let sitting on them I have made the right choice sales representative was excellent delivery team was Awesome

Fabric Loveseat

Very comfy and a great price! However, the delivery truck didn't show up on the day it was supposed to arrive. We had received a text that it would arrive between 2:30 -4:30pm. Then at 4:30 another text said there was a delivery change for 4:30 - 5:30. At 5:30 still no Loveseat. There was a confusing text asking for a number 1 or 2 and a "keyword" response for an appt reminder or delivery change. I didn't understand that at all. No one called. There was no additional text. We had been waiting since 2pm. We were livid. I called a phone number at 5:45 from the text message and finally learned the truck had broken down. The next day I learned the delivery would have to be rescheduled for another 7 days. I just cancelled the order. Thank you Brian in the furniture Dept. for being so understanding and professional.
