poor delivery

I haven't opened package yet don't know about product but very poor packaging all torn up and it was placed outside in rain all get wet I can see bed from torn up place all get wet don't know about the other parts which is still inside the packaging

King size platform bed

It was on sale, a plus. Lots of parts packed inside the headboard. Suggest removing them as it’s very heavy. Box arrived extremely damaged and overly taped. Suggest investigation before executing a return. Nothing was wrong with the product!! Love the bed. Not really light grey, more a taupe color
