we bought this sofa 3 years ago and it horrible the middle sagging but the leather is good quality how ever i would not recommend this don't waste your money

Comfortable

Good looking leather in wheat color. Comes in several colors. Very comfortable, versatile, easy to maintain sofa and loveseat. Reasonably priced. An excellent choice for our Den/Family Room. Sales associates are excellent.

Horrible Couch

We bought these couches for our living room. We wanted a nice leather set that would last us for years. That is not the case with these couches. Do not buy them. We have had them for three years and two months and when you sit on the couch, it’s as if you’re sitting on the ground. They sag so bad in the middle. The quality is not great. I would never recommend these to anybody.

Looks good at first.

Bought this sofa and unfortunately waited too long and the warranty had expired by about two months.. The arm is breaking down and the leather is cracking. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and Macys.

Run

Cushions are sagging Purchased around 8 years ago for a family room that doesn’t get used hardly ever. Now I am retired and I am starting to watch tv apart from my husband and after sitting in the same for a month the cushion started to sag. I went up to the Macy I bought it at and they still have a sample of the couch. I sat on the sample couch and chair to find out the cushion is very firm. The sample is very deceiving

Myars Leather Sofa Total Disappointment

Purchased Myars Leather Sofa in January 2024. After 11 months one of two seat cushions was substantially broken down. Called Macy's Help Center and they sent an inspector out who said it was not a problem. First and last time I will buy any furniture at Macy's. Also stay away from the manufacturer Simon Li, as their junk is available at other stores. Complete disappointment.

Great Furniture

Great leather sofa and loveseat f or our Den/Family room. Comfortable, attractive and well constructed. A nice addition to our home. BTW the sales associate at Macy's Lakegrove was a pleasure to deal with.
