Under sized skirt.

This skirt is made about three sizes smaller. I could only zip it up half way. The size I ordered is my usual size. On line the chart for this shirt measurement inches is what I measured and ordered. On Easter Sunday the Webb site said open. I drove nine miles to store and store was not open. Now I have to go back a send time to return the skirt.

Fringe Skirt length

Got it for a 20’s party. Runs a little long. I’m 5’2”. I have to pull it up high. Fits well I’m size 16. Matched with black sequin top. Perfect outfit for the 20’s party with all of the other accessories.
