There was no display model in the store for me to view and try out... The chair was came unassembled... We had a hard time attaching the back to the seat... Very uncomfortable chair...

Very nice chair, NO instruction sheet!
The chair itself is a 5 Star, especially at this price. Macy's delivered it a day early which was great. However, upon unboxing it I found there were NO instructions included! I went to Youtube and only found reviews. Fortunately, it wasn't that hard to figure out except for the arms, a VERY tight fit and not clear on how they were supposed to mount. Anyway, after twisting myself into a pretzel a few times I figured it out and now I'm enjoying it.

Junk furniture
Worst item ever. Had to assemble, bolt holes do not align on seat and armrests. Macys wants me to return, box in recycle bin, will not pick up, send repair person. Do not buy furniture from Macys, it is junk and no customer service. They are inept, never calls back, lies, no solutions for their defective product.

Do not buy this chair and ottoman
Poorly packaged. The box was falling apart when delivered, poor quality of furniture. We had to tape the heck out of the box to stabilize the furniture for the mail. If I could rate it lower than a 1 I would

Attractive leather chair, with multiple functions
This chair was purchased to replace a much larger chair that was basically lived in by our very elderly neighbor. It's perfect for her, as she is very frail and petite, although it was comfortable for me too, and I'm both taller and wider.

Comfortable

Comfortable and Schiek
