Confusion city

The delivery was not the booties. I was sent size 8 black cobbies shoes. I called customer service to report the wrong shoes and I guess the agent did not put the correct return reason and once I finally received the boots I ordered I was getting emails stating my return was not received and if not returned by February 8th they would charge my account. Mind you I already paid for my order on line and used my ten dollar coupon. So after receiving the correct shoe I called customer service to request a return label because of the wrong shipment I was not able to do the return on line. The person spoke with did not send a label so I had to call again. Unnessary confusion all because I was sent the wrong shoe.

So Comfy!

I keep hoping it will be colder so I can justify wearing these extremely comfortable and stylish boots. The memory foam soles are sooooo comfy! They look great with the grey cord jeans!

Recommend to protect your feet in winter.

Keeps my feet warm and protected from the winter elements, inside and outside. Nice enough to wear to work with a nice long sweater outfit. Recommend!

Cute, but not comfortable.

I bought myself a pair of these. I have a wide foot but the Top of the boot rubbish on my arch.They're cute shoes but I wouldn't order another pair.
