bad manufacturing

I've had them 3 months and the top has separated from the bottom. I'm very disappointed.

The bottoms are separated. Granted I wear everyday. Had them for maybe a month

Slow Process

The product took a couple weeks to come, and after I returned it, I didn't receive my refund. On Macy's website says the refund was processed on Dec 16th, but I didn't get it in my account.
