Missing Mr Beast gift

I ordered the Mr Beast from the MOA and I am still waiting for the delivery, it was to be delivered around 12/09/24, and today is 12/14/24 and still no gift. I tried calling the customer service line and it was not helpful. I am hoping that the gift comes before Christmas.
