Disappointed
Feel upset to get it. It's very very scratched on the top of the cap. Decided doing replacement bc it's a gift for someone I love. Macy's has a great customer service but it took me 2 hours to looking a store to print the return label for return. Unpleasant!!

Poor Shipping experience and support!
I ordered this as a gift but my Dad recently moved and updated his address, but the USPS didn't update the info fast enough and returned the item back to sender being Macy's and am still waiting since June 20th for my refund and called customer service but all they can do is apologize but am stuck now waiting on my refund and missed my Dad's birthday as a result getting there on time and no gift at all. Will order thru another provide next time.

Great events for men. No mister. Lids are a pain.
The scents are amazing, and the report from my whole family is "handsome." Musky with some good variety and something for everyone. However, I'm a little upset by the lack of a mister or something. The plastic insert is VERY hard to remove as well. A little disappointing, so I have to work around the problem.

Poor Service
I placed an order where the system clearly stated the item would be available for same-day in-store pickup at 2 PM. I made the purchase in the morning, but a few hours later I received an email saying the item could no longer be picked up and would be shipped to my home instead. I called customer service and was told the item might arrive on June 30. So now, on June 18, I’m expected to wait until the 30th? That makes no sense. To make things worse, I was told I can’t cancel the order—I have to wait for UPS to send me an email on the 20th. But if it were the other way around and I owed money on my card, I’m sure Macy’s would call me every day until I paid it. Honestly, this is very poor service.

I think the this fragrances is GREAT! To me it’s an interesting smell and I don’t understand the hate. Definitely not blind but safe.
