fun truck, but a weird quirk about pairing.

There is a quirk about pairing. I tried several times to pair in the past months without any vehicle response... until tonight. What was the issue? The vehicle appears to not pair while upside down. If you think the vehicle and remote will not pair, set it on upon its wheels and try. I currently have at least a dozen spin master RC vehicles and they have all been a hoot!

Can't Pair following instructions

Used once, now it won't pair following instructions. Turning on truck first, then remote or viceversa.... my 6YO is bummed.

Great Truck, another non-kid proof toy

I have no idea what happened but it says it charges but it doesn't turn on. Kids still play with it but now it's just a loud expensive push toy.

Only one that has stood up to the shannigans of a 5 year old. So far has withstood the bumps and crashes inside and out

Cheap do not but

I bought this monster truck and it works for ten minutes then it won’t charge and dies within a few minutes after charger for three hours. Do not buy waste of money

Charger pin broke :(

The charger pin broke. My son has only had this toy for two weeks and it literally was the only toy he had played with and he’s heartbroken. There isn’t any way to change the charger so now it doesn’t work anymore. Would love it replaced if possible!

motor locked up. can't find replacement or motor s

I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. It does great tricks and is very easy to drive. However, after three weeks one side stopped working. I disassembled it and found that one motor was locked up and metal pieces fell out of the motor. I left a message on the website but have received no reply. I have tried to find new motors but cannot find them or even specs to match up new ones. The failed motor has no markings whatsoever. I would have given 5 stars, and still would if I could get some help with this.
