Not Comfortable
I purchased this because my husband needed a power lift recliner. Online it looked like it would be a good one to buy. Once we unboxed it, put it together we had some difficulty putting the top side pieces on. We plugged it in and used the remote to move it up & down. That worked fine. The reclining position laid it flat like a bed but the head was way lower and not comfortable. The massage controls worked but the chair made a horrible noise when it vibrated for the back, lumbar & leg massager. The chair was actually shaking. Overall this was not a comfortable chair and as a result of the issues we returned it. I would not recommend this chair.

Disappointed
Macy’s allows other companies to schedule deliveries. This is a poor reflection of commerce as when I called the company that was delivering my item. They said they would deliver it the next day during the hours that I needed because I needed to hire someone to be here to put it together And the item came a day earlier and sat out on my driveway for 2 1/2 hours! What would you think of Macy’s allowing their partners to schedule deliveries and blame it on the company and not take responsibility for something that they sell?
