[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought a double pump 1 stopped working 2 weeks in and other 3 weeks in messed my milk supply right up over hyped product for the price they charge to stop working that quickly discusting save ur money and shop elsewhere lots if good cheaper and more reliable brands this is all hype and have really bad products

Amazing pump
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this pump so I could go hands free after using a hand pump for the first few weeks. I’ve also seen my milk supply increase because of the different modes on the pump, which has allowed me to gain a milk supply in the freezer!

Worked great for about 3 weeks
Brought this after seeing so many great things about it, and it worked great for about 3 weeks and now it no longer suctions as well as it did. Barely get half an ounce out while pumping. This seems to be a known issue with the M5 where the motor seems to deteriorate very quickly if used regularly. Very disappointed, don’t waste your money. From what I have seen and heard the S12’s are a better investment (although not personally used, this was a recommendation from a friend who used the S12’s)

Love this pump !
I bought this pump so my husband could give our breast fed baby a bottle at night and I love it! The pump is comfortable to wear and I can go about doing my daily tasks without even realising I’m wearing it! It fits nicely in my bra and I like that it comes in different colours. There different suction levels and the motor tells you how long you’ve been pumping for. I find the motor relatively quiet. I always get a good milk output with it and it’s easy to pour into my milk storage bags. Well done momcozy, this is a great pump!

Off to a great start but it didn’t last long
The M5 worked really well for over a month or so until suddenly it just stopped working as no milk would come out despite being full charged and pumped over 30minutes. There is no issue with my milk supply as I checked with my Lansinoh electric pump right after and was able to express close to 5oz on both sides. It became very frustrating for me trying to rectify what had gone wrong with it. Not sure if I can get a replacement or not. Can the anyone advise how can I get some support from the Momcozy team on this please.
