Uncomfortable

If you are looking for comfort, this couch isn't providing that. The back is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever leaned on. The back cushion doesn't always stay at one spot and when it shifts, which it will, it is like you are leaning on a piece of wood. I missed the return date by 2 days ( Of course my fault) but contacted the company asking for an exchange, not a refund. Have not heard anything at all. Would not recommend at all!
