Very Disappointed

I purchased this in November 2024 but did not open it until now. I had it in storage as I was moving from FL to NC. The product appears to be used or damaged on the burner. Since I am past the return date because I unfortunately had this in storage, I am not sure what to do. For the cost of the coffee maker, I would have assumed I would not receive an inferior product like the one pictured. I hope that Macy's can do something by exchanging this for one that is not damaged.

Damaged Product

Very disappointed. Rec'd damaged, returned to store and ordered another one and second one was damaged. Purchased from another store and product was fine. Makes wonderful tasting coffee!!
