Would not purchase this purse again! The inside is very small and the gold staple things around the sides and bottom Two of them have already fell off

DO NOT BUY

I gifted this a niece and after several uses, thematerial started peeling. Never again buying from this brand. No quality at all. I know its not expensive but I would think it would last more than several uses. Did not even last a month of use. I felt so bad, I told my niece I will replace the purse with another.

Runaround!!!!

I can't tell you anything about the bag, because I never received it!! It was due on December 02, 2024. Macy's.com keeps giving me the runaround about my refund!!!! Everytime I talk to them: "Call back on this date if your bag still hasn't arrived. And we'll refund your money. The last date they lied to me about was December 12, 2024. Supposedly, they processed my refund and I was supposed to receive an email confirmation. I didn't receive any correspondence. When I called the next day; Different story again! My refund HAD NOT been processed. And they wanted me to wait until freaking DECEMBER TWENTIETH!!!!! This is bananas. My purse is floating around somewhere, and I STILL don't have my money!!! THIS will NEVER happen again!!! Hopefully, one day I can get my money back, since I have no bucket bag!!!!!!!
