First Mizuno shoes... I am in love

These shoes provide great support for power walkers or runners like myself. The shoes are very comfortable but do run small. I ordered a half a size larger and that was perfect.

This are my first Mizuno Sneakers I can't wait to try them on. My normal size is 8 1/2 but I know this shows runs small and I got size 9 and they fit right. Nice looking shoes.

Favorite running shoe

I love the Mizuno wave runner. My foot is medium in the toebox, but narrow arch to heel. This one grips my heel without hitting pressure points. I wear a 9m in shoes and purchase 9.5 in Mizuno. These are a neutral shoe which is my fit. I have purchased Mizuno that are for support and they are not for a neutral foot. Very comfy. Have worn on treadmil and an indoor track. I am a 5k runner, but working toward my first 1/2.
