I received a fake product from Macys!

I received a fake Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet Eau de Toilette Spray, 3.4 oz. Can you believe it? See the photos. I took a photo with an authentic product on the side (the small one). Look at the color! The item I received contains pure alcohol inside! This was a gift for my mother. I've purchased many Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum products at Macy's over the years, but I've never had an issue until now. I reached out to customer support, and they kept saying, 'I'm sorry, we can't help you after the 30-day return period. That is how they back up the product they sell, no commitment to serious customer service!
