Horrible Service

I ordered the Minnie Mouse Big Wheel on December 9, label created for UPS, but it seems UPS never received the package to ship off, called Macy, item no longer available, looked on website, item is available for double the price I paid, sad for Macy’s esp when ordering a gift for a child

NOT PLEASED

Not pleased the item came with missing parts! Then I am responsible for packing it up and sending it back!! The item is sold out cannot get another one, they want to send a Macy gift card, I would rather have a refund!!!

Did not receive

I purchased this item on sale on 12/11. It was canceled on 12/16 and I got an email stating the product is out of stock. It’s now back in stock and available to order at double the price. Terrible service from Macys.

I ordered 2 of this product, only 1 was shipped and now you are out of stock and I have no Christmas gift due to your error. I cannot talk to a real person. Horrible customer service.
