Macys is not the same

Ordered it for my granddaughter, never got it and very upset about it, customer service is not canceling the order, this is very frustrating and unprofessional

Clay was dry

The clay came in individually sealed wrappers. But unfortunately it was already dried out. My kids were so disappointed. We tried some things to soften it but it didn’t work.

Christmas Gift
