Did not work

I had it plugged in to the wall for about 8 hours and never got hot. It was barely warm. I was able to touch both the bottom of the mug and the warmer without hesitation.

Mine didn’t work

Despite the fact that I read and followed the directions carefully, I couldn’t get the cup warmer to work. Not even a little bit warm. My husband couldn’t even get it to work. I emailed the company, as they stated in the instructions. They never responded. Soooooo disappointed.
