Seems to be using a cheap factory that can’t make them like they used to.

Poorly etched compared to these same style purchased 10 yrs ago. Imperfections in the glass. I had to return the entire order.

Many years ago I bought a set of six at a retail store. Over the years, they break of course, so I was delighted to find that you are still making them. They are great when serving guests as the designs are different. I would like to purchase another set.

Online ordering

I ordered them on 2/16 to pick up at store. Even though they were stock at store they weren’t ready for pickup until 2/24. Really?

These are not the same glasses. I have purchased the same set 3 times and this time they came in a regular brown box wrapped in brown paper….not the typical Mikasa box. The glass is thinner and the pattern is faded. Very disappointed! What happened Mikasa??? Would never purchase again! Thankfully got them on sale
