my problem is product discription and shipping.

I purchased 6 highball glasses that appeared similar to what I already have in my collection. Only 4 arrived even though the packing slip said 6. Then I discovered that these glasses do hold 11.5 oz as advertised but are smaller than the 14 already in my collection.

Beautiful Pattern

My wife and I selected this crystal pattern years ago. She's gone now, but I still love the pattern. Recently I broke one of these glasses. I absolutely had to replace it!

These glasses are replacement glasses for two Flame d'Amore glasses which were broken. I love Mikisa and I love this pattern.

Nice glasses, but nothing special

I bought these glasses as a wedding present. I had hopped that would be as nice as my Waterford glasses are. What I think now is that they are expensive for what they are.

Defective

The glasses are nice. But many were defective. They were not the same hight. Some were as much as half an inch taller than the others. Some of them had small flea bites on the rim. They were shipped directly from the vendor. I bought my first Flame D'Amore glasses 10 years ago. The quality is not as good as it used to be.
