Watch arrived damaged with no remediation

Arrived with a scratch on the face of the watch (scratch is between the 12th and 13th second). Reached out to Macy’s to exchange the item for an undamaged watch, however, the request was denied through email with no explanation. The watch is unused, within the return exchange / window and is in the original plastic wrapping. I’m confused, frustrated and will not be purchasing from Macy’s again.

Pictures dont do it justice

Beautiful watch, heavily underrated. Bracelet is extremely comfortable especially with its micro-adjustments and slide clasp. The dial is absolutely gorgeous, ceramic bezel rivals the 3k+ watches. The sapphire crystal with AR coating makes it look transparent. Lume is ok, not the best, but all in all, 9.5/10
