Store Sold Used Bow Tie & Cummerbund as New Items.
The new Bow Tie and Cummerbund that I just purchased appeared to have been worn and they both had a bad odor. The packaging seal was broken and the items were removed from the cardboard holders. I will try to exchange these used items for new items next week.

Item was never received by UPS despite a tracking number generated and Macy website saying it was delivered.

It’s ok. Kind of narrow cummerbund, I prefer something a little thicker. The bow tie is kind of large and winged. I didn’t like it much either.

Macy's Is The Worst
I needed this for a wedding. Odered with plenty of time. Macy's sent an email 2 days later that the item had shipped... Never arrived. Status never changed. Two days before the wedding , 10 days after ordering, and 8 days after their claimed having shipped, I contacted Macy's to cancel and credit me, because at this point I was going to have to run around and find a suitable replacement (the whole reason I ordered was to not have to do that). They told me they wouldn't so so till 16 days from the ship date. Never, never will I buy from Macy's, I will never recommend them for anything and I will tell people my cautinary tale. Slow, unresponsive, unreliable.
