Love it

I bought this AND another very popular, more expensive brand at the same time to see which one I prefer. Perhaps it's just my particular skin but I prefer this one. My skin responds better and the results are instantly noticeable with this one. Very high quality! Great price.

Disappointment

Never worked! Took this item home, plugged it in to charge and it never turned on. Was so looking forward to using it too. Not sure if Macy's is trying to offload this item from their inventory because Michael Todd doesn't even sell this item on their website. Maybe it's because of the same problem!?. Too bad it never worked, it's been returned.

A piece of expensive junk

Such a piece of junk. The first one had only the right ball rolling. I exchanged for another one. This both balls were barely rolled. It's a waste of my 72 hrs and two trips to the mall.

Michael Todd products

I’ve used multiple MT products and they all had the same issues. They stopped holding charge after a few months. I’ve purchased this tool twice and the same thing happened both times. Lucky you if this works well for you. Should have returned it during the Macys return window because trying to replace it is a nightmare. MT customer service is useless.
